Additional Information:

  • All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays)
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number
  • Delivery time starts from when your order ships, not from order placement

  • Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • All packages are insured during transit
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for potential carrier inspection

No Returns or Refunds Policy

  • Our supplements are consumable products that cannot be resold once they leave our facility
  • Food safety regulations prohibit the resale of returned dietary supplements
  • This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products
  • We cannot guarantee the storage conditions of products once they leave our facility

Exceptions

While we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened products, we may issue a replacement or refund in these specific circumstances:

  • Products arrived damaged due to shipping
  • You received incorrect items
  • Products arrived with broken seals or compromised packaging

In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect products
  • A description of the issue
